최근 지진 및 태풍과 같은 자연재해와 화재 및 폭발과 같은 인적·사회적 재난으로 인하여 많은 재산과 인명피해가 초래되고 있으나 이러한 재해와 재난에 대하여 효율적으로 대응할 수 있는 공공 시설물의 성능평가 및 보강기술을 확보한 전문인력이 현저히 부족한 실정입니다. Recently, natural disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons and social disasters such as fire and explosion have caused many property and human damages, but there is a remarkable shortage of professionals who have ability to evaluate mechanical performance and reinforcement technology of public facilities that can effectively respond to disasters.
특히 대전지역은 다양한 연구시설, 대전정부청사 및 국방·원자력관련 전문기관이 집약되어 있으며 또한 인근 세종 및 계룡시는 행정복합 및 군관련 인프라가 집중되어 우리나라의 행정, 안보와 안전의 중심이라 할 수 있습니다. 이러한 이유로 자연재해 및 인적·사회적 재난에 대응하는 기술이 더욱 요구되는 지역적인 특성을 갖고 있다고 할 수 있습니다. In particular, in Daejeon, various research facilities, the Daejeon Government Complex, and specialized agencies related to national defense and nuclear power are concentrated. Also, neighboring Sejong and Gyeryong cities are concentrated in administrative complex and military-related infrastructure, which can be said to be the center of Korea's administration, security, and safety. For this reason, it has a regional characteristic that requires more technology to respond to natural disasters and human and social disasters.
아울러 대전지역의 생산유발 및 고용효과는 28개 산업분야에서 건설 및 국방분야가 15위를 차지하고 있으나 부가가치의 창출면에서 대전지역의 전 산업부가가치 창출의 15%로 높은 수준에 이르고 있어 자연재해 및 인적·사회적 재난에 대한 대응기술을 갖은 전문인력은 대전지역의 경제발전에 있어서도 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대됩니다. In addition, the production inducement and employment effects of Daejeon, the construction and defense sector ranks 15th in the 28 industrial sectors. And in terms of creating added value, it reaches a high level of 15% of all industrial added value creation in the Daejeon. Professional manpower with skills to respond to social disasters is expected to play an important role in the economic development of the Daejeon.
충남대학교 건축공학과 BK21 사업팀은 지난 3단계 BK사업에서도 “공공 시설물의 안전성능설계를 위한 창의적 인재양성 사업팀”으로 2013년부터 2020년까지 7년 동안 정부지원을 받으며 참여교수 1인당 논문실적 및 참여대학원생 1인당 논문실적 등에서 사업 전기간 동안 본 사업팀 소속 패널의 최고실적을 보이며 성공적으로 사업을 수행한 경험이 있는 우수연구집단으로 구성되어 있습니다. 금번 BK 사업에서도 최고의 사업팀이 되도록 모든 참여교수 및 대학원생은 최선을 다하겠습니다. The BK21 project team of the Department of Architectural Engineering at Chungnam National University was the “Creative Talent Development Project Team for the Safety and Functional Design of Public Facilities” in the last 3rd BK project, received government support for 7 years from 2013 to 2020. In terms of thesis per participating graduate students and professors and other performances etc., it is composed of an excellent research group with experience in successfully carrying out the project by showing the best performance of the panel of the project team during the entire period of the project. All participating professors and graduate students will do their best to become the best business team in this BK project.
공공 시설물의 자연재해 및 인적·사회적 재난 대응을 위한 4IR 핵심요소 영역의 융복합 교육과 연구를 통해 창의적 사고, 열정, 폭넓은 시각을 갖는 혁신인재를 양성하는 사업팀이 될 수 있도록 관심과 애정어린 조언을 부탁드립니다. Careful and affectionate to become a business team that fosters innovative talents with creative thinking, passion, and broad perspective through convergence education and research in the 4IR core element areas for responding to natural disasters in public facilities and human and social disasters.
